If you see a partial page/blank screen in ViewPoint after login, there is a simple step you can take to troubleshoot the issue.

Clear your cache and cookies
- Confirm that you are using the most recent version of Chrome or IE
- Clear your cache and cookies in browser history by following the steps in this Google article. Refresh the ViewPoint screen to view data.
