There are a couple reasons you may not be able to log in. The most common occurrence is a forgotten password so let’s start there.
Please follow the instructions to reset your password.
- Navigate to: https://www.seamgroup.com
- Click on “ViewPoint Login” in the upper-right corner of the screen.

- Under the SIGN IN button, there is an option to CREATE/RESET PASSWORD, click this.
- Enter the email address that you set up with ViewPoint.
- Click the Send Password Reset Link button.
- If you see an error message, please check to spell and try again.
- If you still get an error, please jump to the next section.
- You will receive an email to reset your password.
- If you do not receive a password retrieval message within five minutes, please check your Spam/Junk Mail folder.
- Remember this password and keep it in a safe place for next time.
If the above steps are resolved in an error this could mean a couple different things.
- You do not have a ViewPoint account set up.
- The email you are trying is a different email than we have in our system
