How to view and print a problem detail?

The problem details page displays all information for the selected problem, including:

1. Problem severity
2. Discipline
3. Repair status
4. Problem pictures

This is useful information to attach with the work order to repair the problem. follow the steps below to view and print a problem detail.

1. Click on problem section in the left navigation menu to view the problem list.

2. problem details can be printed directly from the action menu or click on the row to open the detail.

3. Review the problem details and click on print problem option on the top right corner.
