How to edit/update Lockout Tagout procedure?

In ViewPoint, if you are subscribed to the Digital Lockout Tagout module, you should be able to update lockout tagout procedures and write new Energy control procedures(ECP) or Task Specific Procedure (TSP).

Only users with the Lockout Tagout Author role can edit/update the procedures in ViewPoint.

You can edit/update the procedures from the asset list screen or the safety tab of the asset details screen. 

• First, click on the Assets option in the left-side navigation menu
• When the list of assets appears, search for the asset you want to update the procedure for and select 'Actions.
• Click on the 'Edit energy control procedure' option
• Add/edit/remove control points from the procedure and either save them as draft/approve status.

OR

• After you search for the asset in the asset list, click on the row to open asset details 
• Navigate to the safety screen and select the 'Edit' option from the procedure's actions. 

*The procedure must be in Approved and Published status to make the new revision active.
