Document Center allows you to instantly access all asset and site-level documentation, including one-line diagrams, maintenance manuals, SEAM Group reports/deliverables, training records, and other important safety and reliability documentation.
To create a new document, follow the steps below:
1. Navigate to Documents from the left navigation menu.
2. Click on the upload button in the top right corner.
3. Fill out the details, document name, and description, and select one or more sites with which to associate the document.
4. Add effectivity from and to date If you want the document renewed before a particular date. ViewPoint automatically sends a notification 90 days before the end date.
4. Click on the upload file button to add one or more files to the document. For example, the document name is Training Q1 2024; you can upload the attendance sheet, training certificates, training material, etc.
5. Also, you can associate the files to one or more assets by using the toggle associate to assets.
