How to create new Lockout Tagout procedures in ViewPoint?

In ViewPoint, a user with a Lockout Tagout author role can create new Energy Control Procedures(ECP) and Task Specific Procedures (TSP).

Procedures can be created from the asset list screen or the safety tab of the asset details screen by following the steps below:

• First, click on the Assets option in the left-side navigation menu.
• A list of assets will be displayed, then search for the asset you want to create the procedure for and select actions.
• If there is no prior ECP or TSP on that asset, you will see an option to create a new one. If there are already existing procedures, there will be an option to edit them. 
• When you click on Create energy control procedure option, a window will appear with fields to create a procedure. 

OR 

• After you search for the asset in the asset list, click on the row to open asset details. 
• Navigate to the safety screen and click on the Create procedure button. 
• When you click on Create procedure option, a window with fields to create a procedure will be displayed. 

*If you create a new draft for an existing procedure, it will create a new draft, and the original procedure will be available until the draft is approved and published
